Our Story.
In 2004, after nearly 30 years of independently serving Knox County, Richard B. Murray and Robert L. Rauzi merged their law practices with an aim to provide first-rate estate planning and real estate closing services, as well as to continue to support small businesses. The practice expanded in 2009 with the official formation of Owl Creek Title Agency. We are proud to continue the legacy of first-rate title closing services today.

Korey M. Kidwell, Attorney & Title Agent
Korey graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1998 where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2000, he received a Master of Health Administration degree from The Ohio State University. Korey received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Capital University Law School in 2007 with a Concentration in Dispute Resolution and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in May 2007.
